Nancy has been a full-time Missouri REALTOR® since 2003. She enjoys helping people who are buying, selling or investing in real estate anywhere in the metropolitan area. She claims her car is her office and travels wherever she is needed.

Nancy helps with single family homes, villas, condos, new construction, land, lots, multi-family properties and specialty properties (such as a horse property). Her passion is working with her clients through the entire process to meet their goals.

She enjoys working with first time home-buyers and protecting them as she would her own family. Her wealth of knowledge, experience and negotiating skills are invaluable in attaining the best value for her clients.

Nancy also enjoys working with seniors (55+) who may wish to downsize; whether moving to a smaller home; condo or villa; or to a retirement facility. She has a special designation (SRES) and training specific to the needs of seniors.
